Keith Aiken

Keith Aiken is a native of Blytheville, Arkansas.  After obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University, Keith spent several years in the transportation and agribusiness sectors before attending law school at Mississippi College.  After law school Keith returned to his home state of Arkansas and entered private practice with a Jonesboro firm focusing on commercial law, insurance defense, real estate and estate planning.  Subsequent to his time in Jonesboro, Keith has served as corporate counsel to a transportation factoring company and Managing Attorney over legal operations in Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee for a specialty finance company. Keith has also maintained a private practice since 2013 in which he has focused on small business advisory, farm real estate, probate, commercial and general civil litigation. Keith is licensed to practice in all state courts of Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Arkansas and Western District of Tennessee.
